They need to work on their order pick up process. Their website tells you to go to the pick-up counter. When you get there the staff at that counter tells you to go to the cashier first before going back to them. They need to let people know this is the process before they get to the store. Good thing is they had the part we needed in stock.

I've been ordering from them online intermittently for quite a few years, and it seems like they've just improved the whole time. I know the HQ and store I end up getting parts from are two different locations, but the bisiness as a whole is stellar. I ordered a parts kit in the afternoon the day prior, and it showed up at my doorstep the next day, and that was with FREE shipping! It's been zippy service with quality parts mu entire time doing business with them. Their service reps actually know what they're talking about, and are in fact knowledgable. I hope you guys never stop what you're doing!

Nice place if you're buying parts for your car. But it's more into racing cars.

Customer service was excellent ordering over the phone & the shipping was faster than expected which was awesome! The bummer to this story is the poorly machined Chinese oil pump drive assembly. Loose metal shaving material had to be filed down & rinsed off. Not uncommon but defiantly one more step to the process. I tried to share my review on Summits website about the said part & it was censored because It didn’t meet their “guidelines”. Properly researching & readings people’s reviews of things before I purchase something is pertinent. Knowing they filter real world experiences has determined how I will shop online in the future.

I'm in Oregon and when I make an order early in the morning, if it all comes from Reno, I usually see it next day. Fast shipping, excellent customer service and great pricing. Keep up the good work, I know I'm not the only one that appreciates you. 🤘🏾
